gamepkr Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "gamepkr" means the online gaming platform operated at gamepkr.org, including its sportsbook, casino, and all associated services.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any individual who has registered an account on gamepkr or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player on gamepkr following successful registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their gamepkr Account in PKR that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bets, or any other non-deposited funds credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required by gamepkr's licensing obligations before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by the Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other gambling product offered on gamepkr.
• "PSL" means the Pakistan Super League cricket tournament and associated domestic cricket competitions offered as betting markets on the gamepkr sportsbook.
• "Services" means the full range of gambling products, account management tools, payment facilities, and customer support offered through gamepkr.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to gamepkr's Services is restricted or forbidden under applicable law or gamepkr's operational policies.

By accessing gamepkr, creating an Account, or placing a Wager, you confirm and warrant that:

1. You have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
2. You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
3. You are not accessing gamepkr from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
5. All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with gamepkr's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and gamepkr. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional offer's terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements. To register a gamepkr Account you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
• You are not a resident of or physically located within a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing gamepkr.
• You have not previously had a gamepkr Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a gamepkr employee where such relationship creates a conflict of interest.

3.2 One Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one registered Account on gamepkr. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gamepkr reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit all balances held therein without prior notice where multiple account abuse is identified.

3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gamepkr login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. gamepkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify gamepkr support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 Account Information Accuracy. You must provide accurate personal information during registration including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false registration information, particularly falsified date of birth information for the purpose of circumventing the 21+ age requirement, constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4.1 Verification Requirement. gamepkr is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered at any point during a Player's account lifecycle at gamepkr's discretion, including following large deposit activity, unusual betting patterns, or as part of routine compliance reviews.

4.2 Documents Required. Standard KYC documentation requested by gamepkr includes, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method used for deposits (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, or copy of bank card where applicable).
• Additional documentation as may be requested by the compliance team in specific circumstances.

4.3 Withdrawal Suspension Pending KYC. gamepkr reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing until KYC verification is completed to its satisfaction. This suspension does not affect your Real Money Balance, which remains available for wagering. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account restriction.

4.4 Data Protection. All personal documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with gamepkr's Privacy Policy. Documents are used exclusively for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by gamepkr's licensing obligations or applicable law.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gamepkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash mobile wallet, EasyPaisa mobile wallet, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa debit/credit card, and Mastercard debit/credit card. gamepkr reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

5.2 Currency. All transactions on gamepkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). gamepkr does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Players depositing via payment methods that process in a different base currency may incur conversion fees imposed by their payment provider — such fees are outside gamepkr's control.

5.3 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your gamepkr Account at the time of deposit. The minimum deposit across all standard payment methods is Rs 200. gamepkr reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account used for the Player's most recent deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 2–3 business days. These timescales commence upon completion of any applicable KYC review.

5.5 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or any other unlawful means is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities. gamepkr reserves the right to reverse any deposit and suspend any Account where the source of deposited funds is not satisfactorily verified.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional credits offered by gamepkr are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. Players are advised to read the full terms of any promotion before opting in. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Balances are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as real money. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions applicable to each promotion are stated in the promotional offer details. gamepkr reserves the right to void bonus winnings and restrict withdrawal where wagering requirements have not been met.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. gamepkr actively monitors Player accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, placing opposing bets to artificially meet wagering requirements (also known as "bonus hunting" or "hedge betting"), exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations, and colluding with other Players to circumvent promotional conditions. Where bonus abuse is identified, gamepkr reserves the right to remove the Bonus Balance, void associated winnings, and close the Account.

6.4 gamepkr Right to Modify Promotions. gamepkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time where there is reasonable cause, including in response to identified abuse, technical error, or regulatory requirement. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, any Bonus Balance already credited and partially wagered will be handled in accordance with the specific promotional terms.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on gamepkr are subject to acceptance by gamepkr. gamepkr reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including in response to suspected match-fixing, odds errors, or system malfunctions. A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number is issued and the stake has been deducted from the Player's Real Money Balance.

7.2 Odds Errors. Where an odds error occurs due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, gamepkr reserves the right to void affected bets at the odds stated at the time of placing. Where a voided bet has already been settled at erroneous odds, the difference between the erroneous payout and the correct payout may be recovered from the Player's Account balance.

7.3 PSL and Cricket Market Rules. PSL betting markets and all cricket betting markets on gamepkr are governed by the standard cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook rules section, which are updated at the start of each PSL season and major cricket tournament. Key rules include: abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application, super over outcomes, and retirement/walkover scenarios. Players are advised to review the applicable cricket market rules before placing PSL wagers.

7.4 Live In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting markets are offered on select events including PSL matches, Test cricket, and UFC bouts. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any time without notice — particularly during critical moments of play. gamepkr is not liable for connection issues, delayed data feeds, or device-related interruptions that may affect a Player's ability to place or amend in-play bets.

7.5 Maximum Payout Limits. gamepkr applies maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per market category. These limits are stated in the sportsbook rules and may be modified at gamepkr's discretion. Where a winning bet exceeds the applicable maximum payout limit, the Player will receive the maximum payout amount rather than the calculated return.

8.1 Random Number Generation. All gamepkr casino games that do not use live dealers are powered by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. The RNG used in gamepkr's slot and table game titles is independently tested and certified by the game provider, ensuring that all outcomes are random, fair, and not influenced by previous results or Player account status.

8.2 Live Casino Tables. gamepkr Casino's live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Live game outcomes are determined by physical dealing or roulette spin and are not subject to RNG software. Technical disconnections during a live game round that result in an incomplete game will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's stated disconnection policy — generally, bets placed before disconnection stand and the game round is completed without further Player input.

8.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or incomplete game round caused by a technical fault on gamepkr's systems, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. gamepkr is not liable for losses arising from game malfunctions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including issues at the game provider level.

8.4 Return to Player (RTP). The theoretical Return to Player percentage for each slot and casino game title is set by the game provider and is available in the game's information section. RTP represents a long-term statistical average and does not guarantee that a Player will receive a specific percentage of their total wagered amount back within any given session or time period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gamepkr. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using a stolen or fraudulent payment method, or impersonating another person in any context on gamepkr.
• Multiple Account Operation: Holding or operating more than one gamepkr Account, or assisting another person in registering an Account that circumvents a ban or restriction.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with gamepkr's platform in a way that would not be possible through normal human use.
• Arbitrage and Exploit Betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies across markets or between gamepkr and other platforms in a manner that constitutes arbitrage. gamepkr reserves the right to limit or close Accounts engaged in persistent arbitrage activity.
• Match-Fixing and Corruption: Placing bets with prior knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting event outcome, or communicating with any person involved in match-fixing for the purpose of obtaining a wagering advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using gamepkr's deposit and withdrawal facilities for the purpose of laundering funds obtained through illegal activity. gamepkr complies fully with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register an Account while under 21 years of age, or facilitating the registration or betting activity of any person under the age of 21.

10.1 Commitment to Player Welfare. gamepkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising gambling-related harm. gamepkr operates a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from the Account Settings section of every registered Player's account, and maintains a dedicated Responsible Gaming information page.

10.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all gamepkr Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour reflection period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. When reached, further wagering from the Real Money Balance is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set time-based alerts that notify you of how long you have been logged in to your gamepkr session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, login and deposit functionality is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely self-exclude your Account from gamepkr. Once a permanent self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed. Temporary self-exclusion periods have a mandatory minimum reflection period before reactivation is permitted.

10.3 21+ Age Policy. gamepkr enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all Account registrations. Age is verified during the registration process and re-confirmed as part of KYC verification prior to first withdrawal. gamepkr reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend Account access pending satisfactory age confirmation.

11.1 Service Availability. gamepkr does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, without interruption, or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. gamepkr will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gamepkr excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the gamepkr platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, and loss of business opportunity — even where gamepkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Maximum Liability Cap. Where gamepkr is found liable to a Player under any cause of action arising from use of the platform, gamepkr's total aggregate liability to that Player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Third-Party Content. gamepkr's platform incorporates games and content supplied by third-party providers. gamepkr is not liable for defects, errors, or malfunctions in third-party game content beyond what is recoverable from those providers under gamepkr's agreements with them.

11.5 Player's Own Responsibility. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of gamepkr is lawful in their jurisdiction. gamepkr does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that access to the platform is legally permissible in any specific location. You access and use gamepkr at your own risk and legal responsibility.

12.1 Internal Complaints Procedure. In the event of a dispute relating to a bet settlement, account transaction, bonus award, or any other aspect of gamepkr's services, Players should first contact the gamepkr support team via live chat or email at support@gamepkr.org. gamepkr's support team will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 5 business days.

12.2 Escalation. If a complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal complaints procedure, the Player may escalate the matter to gamepkr's compliance team by submitting a formal written complaint with supporting documentation. gamepkr will provide a final written decision within 14 business days of receiving a formal escalation.

12.3 External Dispute Resolution. Where a dispute remains unresolved following exhaustion of gamepkr's internal complaints procedure, Players may have recourse to the external dispute resolution (EDR) body designated under gamepkr's licensing jurisdiction. Details of the applicable EDR body are provided in gamepkr's licensing information.

12.4 Time Limitation on Claims. Any claim or dispute relating to a specific bet, transaction, or account event must be raised with gamepkr within 30 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period may be declined on the basis of late submission, except where the lateness was caused by circumstances entirely outside the Player's reasonable control.

gamepkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Players' rights or obligations in a significant way — gamepkr will provide not less than 7 days' advance notice by email to the address registered on the Player's Account and by publishing a notice on the gamepkr website.

Where amendments are non-material — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing clauses, or updates to reflect changes in regulatory guidance — gamepkr may publish the revised Terms immediately without advance notice.

It is each Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at gamepkr.org/terms-conditions and is marked with its effective date at the top of the document. Your continued use of gamepkr following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which gamepkr holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law s in your country of residence.

The parties agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through gamepkr's internal complaints procedure or external dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory applicable law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had not formed part of the original agreement.
